Canada unveils terrorism strategy

“Public Safety Minister Vic Toews unveiled Canada’s first comprehensive counter-terrorism strategy Thursday, which includes response plans to major attacks and strategies for de-radicalizing homegrown terrorists and “lone wolf” attackers.”
